I knew that; was just joking myself...I am sure it gets old to hear about my early era bias, but I don't think I alienate anyone by my biases...at least I hope not; I think even the newbies catch on that my ranting and raving about early era stuff is all in good fun. But of course, you and I would defend anyone's right to defend what they like for whatever reasons they have, given the subjective nature of it all. I certainly have no problem with the folks that only like the 80s, or whatever it might be.

And, I defn hear you about the organ biz early on!

No it wasn't you that seemed to be at the epicenter of the bad trip forum embroil last week.

I was trying to point out, lamely though, the connection of someone who won't listen to newer shows complaining about a forum filled with 80-90s fans.

I'll still listen to newer shows, like 9-12-85 Kaiser just today, and like it. Even though I belated concluded that 68-69 was great and 72-74 are unbeatable, many ballads are as good -- & poignantly aged -- in the 80s-90s as any time.
